"There were gasps all round when we arrived having had lunch at the restaurant looking over towards it. We absolutely loved Del Cielo, it was just perfect for us and we all felt we didn’t really need to move as everything was there that we needed. Everything was really comfortable and just our sort of style, elegant and tasteful.The situation was beautiful and quiet just like we are used to living in the wilds of Northumberland but near enough to the water-sports if the children wanted them. Beds were wonderful too, most important.I was a bit worried on arrival about the safety of the very active 5-year-old but she is well-trained living in London. George aged 1 might have been a problem but was still immobile and placid enough to be containable. Not sure how less well-behaved children might have coped. We try to never go back to the same place twice but feel this might be the exception it is so beautifully presented and feels like a home, which it obviously is. "  Mrs B S
